JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
ChiChi: I was charged in 2002 with 6 years probation.
Unfortuneatly I did not take it seriously and
violated. I then was given 9 months in jail,
totally unexpected.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning?
ChiChi: Yes, before I was charged they knocked on my
door and made me come to secret service
headquarters several times.
JM: What was your court appearance like?
ChiChi: The fisrt tie it was quick because the
prosecuors and my attorney were on the same
page. When I violated it was different, the
judge was very mean and somewhat disappointed.
